Billing and Credits

This page explains plans and credits in Deskflow at a high level. For exact pricing and limits, check your plan or the billing page in the app.

Plans (subscriptions)

Deskflow typically offers tiers such as:

  • Free – Limited features; may include a small number of credits per month.
  • Basic – More features and unlimited individual enrichment; includes a monthly credit allowance for bulk and premium use.
  • Pro – Full features, including LinkedIn campaigns; higher credit allowance.

Plans are billed monthly (or annually, if offered). Your Settings or Billing area in the app shows your current plan and renewal date.


Credits

Credits are used for certain premium actions, not for everyday use of the product:

  • Bulk operations – e.g. enriching or processing many prospects at once (e.g. 50+); often 1 credit per prospect.
  • API access – If you use the API, each call may consume credits.
  • Advanced AI features – Some AI features may use credits depending on your plan.

Individual enrichment (one prospect at a time) is usually unlimited (or very generous) on Basic and Pro, so normal prospect adding and enrichment does not drain credits.

Credit packages (add-ons)

If you need more credits than your plan includes, you can often buy credit packages (e.g. 50, 100, 250, 500 credits). These are one-time add-ons and do not auto-renew unless you have a subscription that includes them.


What uses credits vs what doesn’t

  • Adding prospects (manual or from Search) – Typically no credits; enrichment may use internal quotas.
  • Individual enrichment – Usually free/unlimited on paid plans.
  • Bulk enrich / bulk actions (e.g. 50+ prospects) – Usually 1 credit per prospect (or as stated in the app).
  • Campaigns and messaging – Usually included in your subscription; no per-message credit.
  • API calls – Usually 1 credit per call (or as stated).

Check the in-app Billing or Usage section for your plan’s exact rules and current usage.


Upgrading, downgrading, and support

  • Upgrade / downgrade – Use SettingsBilling (or Plan) in the app to change plan or buy credit packages.
  • Invoices – Billing and invoices are usually available from the same area or from Stripe (if Deskflow uses Stripe).
  • Support – For billing errors, refunds, or plan questions, contact your team or the support email provided in the app.
