Prospects and Deskflow Search

This guide covers your prospect list and Deskflow Search: how to add prospects, search for more, and add them to campaigns.

Prospects page

The Prospects page is your list of all prospects. From here you can:

  • View prospects in table or grid view.
  • Search/filter by name, company, industry, status, etc.
  • Add prospectsEnter Manually (one at a time) or use Deskflow Search to find and add many at once.
  • Select multiple – Use the checkboxes to select prospects, then Add to Campaign from the floating bar.
  • Open a prospect – Click a row (or card) to see details, notes, LinkedIn status, and actions (e.g. Send connection request, Add to campaign).

Deskflow Search lets you search a large B2B database (e.g. by name, company, website, location) and add results to your list or straight into a campaign.

How to use it

  1. From the app, go to Deskflow Search (or ProspectsDeskflow Search).
  2. Enter a search query (name, company, website, location, etc.) and run the search.
  3. Refine with filters (industry, size, country, etc.) if available.
  4. Select prospects with the checkboxes.
  5. Add to Prospects – Adds them to your prospect list.
  6. Add to Campaign – Opens the campaign picker; choose a campaign and add the selected prospects.

Tips

  • Use specific terms (company name, job title, location) for better results.
  • You can search by LinkedIn posts or comments (keywords) if your plan includes it; results show people who posted or commented about those topics.
  • After adding to prospects, enrichment runs in the background to fill in email, location, etc.

Add prospects manually

  1. On the Prospects page, click Enter Manually.
  2. Fill in the form (name, company, job title, LinkedIn URL, etc.).
  3. Save. The prospect is added to your list and can be enriched automatically.

Add prospects to a campaign

  • From the list – Select one or more prospects with the checkboxes, then click Add to Campaign in the floating bar. Choose the campaign and confirm.
  • From prospect detail – Open a prospect, then use Add to Campaign (or equivalent) and pick the campaign.
  • From Deskflow Search – Select results, click Add to Campaign, choose the campaign, and confirm.

Enrichment and ICP score

  • Enrichment – When you add or import prospects, Deskflow enriches them in the background (email, phone, location, etc.) using multiple sources. This is automatic; no extra step needed.
  • ICP score – A fit score (e.g. 0–100) based on data completeness and relevance. Use it to prioritize who to contact first.
